Laughlin

I drove from Barstow to Laughlin while my Uncle slept. He did get up at 4 in the morning today, so he was a bit tired. 

We are staying at Harrah's in Laughlin. On the drive in it said it was 111 degrees. Ugh!

It's right next to the Colorado River. One side Nevada, the other Arizona. $27/night - that's a steal. 

Checked in, grabbed a drink and then headed to the craps table. My Uncle insisted that I had to roll and try my hand at craps. After so long of waiting for our turn to come around, I crapped out my first roll(not sure what that means). Then rolled a 6! Game is open. Everyone placed their bets. Next roll....7! Game Over! -- that was fun! Ha ha

We then left the table, ate dinner and proceeded to the blackjack table. Now that's a game I understand. 21 that's it. Started with $40, $5 table, and walked away with $53. Hey at least I didn't lose it all and had fun playing. 

Tomorrow I think we're going to the Grand Canyon! Yeah!! Good thing I brought my good camera. 

Have to meet Uncle Johnny @ 7:30am. Off to bed.
